7-Engine Underwriting Stack
AlphaStratz runs technology diligence like underwriting: standardized engines, explicit inputs, QA gates, and artifacts that map to decisions. The same stack powers both buy-side Tech QoE and sell-side VDD.
The stack (what each engine produces)
1) MRI Evidence Engine
Managed Rapid Inspection collects the minimum viable evidence set and maintains traceability (what we know, how we know it, and what we assumed).
2) MVTRR Engine
Spend → Sustainable Run-Rate. Separates noise from run-rate reality and ties costs to operations, contracts, and growth posture.
3) Tech QoE Engine
Technology Quality of Earnings: normalized economics, cost-to-serve, reliability constraints, and “hidden debt” that changes EBITDA truth.
4) Risk Heat Map Engine
Probability × magnitude grid that forces prioritization. Risks are converted into deal actions and execution controls.
5) Financial Translation Engine (FTE)
Turns findings into an EBITDA/valuation bridge and sensitivity bands—so the IC story is numeric, not narrative.
6) Execution Roadmap Engine
100-day plan: Stabilize → Optimize → Accelerate. Sequencing, owners, dependencies, and expected capture with risk controls.
7) Decision Artifact Engine
Packages the above into board/IC-ready artifacts: the memo, dashboards, risk register, deal-action mapping, and disclosures. The objective is simple: make decisions easier and safer.
The 7-expert model (how delivery works)
AlphaStratz operates as a focused expert bench assembled per deal—no bloat. Work is gated, evidence-backed, and packaged for decision makers.
- Digital Operating Partner (lead)
- Tech QoE underwriter
- FinOps / cloud economics
- Security + compliance risk
- Application + architecture
- Data + analytics
- Deal governance / disclosure (JD-backed)
